Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.​

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We offer nationwide delivery across New Zealand. Delivery times are as follows:​

  • Urban areas: 2–5 business days

  • Rural areas: 3–7 business days​

Return & Exchange Policy

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your gift box or any included items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@yourdomain.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure items are unused and in their original packaging.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided in our response.

  4. Processing: Once received, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.​

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as perishable goods or personal care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
